RESUME

A smash hit in Paris and then later London’s longest running comedy ever as DON’T DRESS FOR DINNER from the playwright of MFT’s 2005 success BOEING BOEING – the same characters tickle our funny bones. Set in a stylishly converted French farm building, Bernard hopes to entertain his chic girlfriend while his wife Jacqueline visits her mother. He has hired a housekeeper cook for the evening and even invited along his best friend, Robert, as a suitable alibi. Perfect planning, or so he thinks ... with all the hallmarks of classic French farce: sophisticated revolving door comedy, misunderstandings and mistaken identities … a must for anyone looking for a very French evening out.
